What to do in situations which you can't control
In this life, we are going to be faced with a lot of situations some which we will love and some we wish were never part of. No matter what you do, what your profession is you will be faced with life challenges. Today we'll be talking about what you as an individual can do or not do in a situation in which you can do nothing about it.





The thing about this beautiful life is that we all want control over it and when we don't have things going our way, we become stressed and start worrying, The things in this life we have to realize is that not everything has to go our way, When you don't try to control things and let life be. Imagine if everything happens the way you want in life, how boring would life be. You might think that this would be great if it happened, but this way anything new in your life will never happen. You will lose the spice of life.

The felling to control everything and that everything should happen the way you want is very disastrous, you will feel like everyone owes something to you and that you are entitled to something and in real life, not everyone will go according to the way you want it to and then you will find yourself in a situation in which you don't have control over anything.


Due to this problem, you will end up trying to control other people and the pursuit of this mission will always lead to stress, anger, relationship breakups, unwanted emotional damage, you should keep this in mind that bad things will happen, we all want good times to last forever. But bad times and challenges will come and you have to understand that these things make up our lives, the one thing to keep in mind when we are going through these situations is that these situations are not going to last forever. They will end and you will decide what kind of experience you have.

Do you know meditation is very helpful, well you will be surprised to know that you are a master when it comes to meditation. When you worry, you are not doing anything but meditating, your mind is focused on one thing and remember when you meditate you get benefits right, so when you worry you also get benefits, the benefits that harm your body and mind.

When your life is not working the way you want. Clearly you are accociating yourself(your emotions,imaginations) with someone whom you are not.

 Below are the following points which I think will be helpful for you:

1) Do not FEAR: FEAR kills many a man before their time. Some time ago I saw a definition of fear, F-False E-evidence A- appearing, R- real. Stop trying to imagine yourself in a situation in which you will never be in. Some people already suffer somethings that are going to happen in the future, doing this they will neer enjoy their present. Mostly the worst-case scenario will not be as bad as you think it might be. They say before something great happens, everything falls apart.
Analyze what your fears are, say to yourself if this fear comes true am I prepared for this? How can I avoid or deal with this problem?

2.) DECISION MAKING: When you are afraid you will generally make mistakes. When you are going to make decisions always keep in mind that if these decisions are going to largely affect your life, then make them when you are happy and joyful, When you are in a tough situation or a tensed situation you will have to make some decisions and if you do something that might help you to relieve your stress at that time then you will have to regret your decision. It might feel right at that moment.
Don't make the decision to ease the situation, make decisions when you are at ease.

3)PLAY RIGHT MENTAL MOVIES IN YOUR MINDS: Always thinking about the past and replaying conversations in your mind will not do you any good. But solving a problem is. What I do is when I have a problem I can't deal with, I try to remember about the time when I was in past problems and troubles that I was in and how I got through them. These things actually help me get through problems. You might think that these are basic but once you get this done you will feel better.

4)DEVELOP RIGHT EMOTIONS: Your emotions are flags to tell you what your inner world is in if you are in an internal turmoil you will feel your emotions boiling up, so what do you do when you feel various emotions you can't control about?
Well, I don't have the answer to this question you have to find the answer yourself, without self-talk you will not be able to answer this. Your emotions don't have to run the course of your life, you should be the one running them. You cannot control everything but you have the remote control in your hands, you choose to react to these emotions that you face.
Don't worry about this too much! I have got through this, many have and you will too.

5) BE HAPPY: The biggest thing that you can do is to smile and be happy every day, regardless of the challenges and hurdles you face. When you begin to this you won't realize instantly but you will see that there will be a change in your life and soon you'll start to appreciate that this uncertainty in this life is actually good.  Fell loved and cared for, that's the only way you won't suffer like other people do.
And most of all have a heart that is compassionate, that wants to help and love. Not everyone does these that why stone are dime a dozen and diamonds are precious because they are rare.
