How to wake up early and have a better day

Waking up early has been a tough job for most people, often time we succumbed to the  voice which tells us to embrace the cozy bed and cool pillow.   Well in today’s blog I’ll be telling you how you can rise up early and have a better day (Yes! A fresh new start). Be sure to read the article till the end. I’ll give a health tip at the end which could help you to loose some weight(So, don’t skip).
how to get up early.

Why should you get up early?

Much life on the earth blossomed due to sunlight, the green grass the blue sky, and the beautiful life around us all springs froth in the sunlight, getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in your lungs fill you with the positive energy that you need for the day. If you’re a night owl and it works for you then go ahead keep doing it, but for me getting up early has proven to be very effective. My lifestyle has been changed all the way. Don’t think that I don’t get that felling which says (‘Just sleep some more, I’ll get up after 20min’) but do we. At first I tried getting up but I ended up snoozing the alarm every time and as a result I would always have less time to get ready and eat breakfast, sometimes I ended up running to class because I was late.

When I made up my mind to wake up early that is when I picked a technique .This is what I did as soon I woke up at 4:30 and the alarm rang I would count 1,2,3,4 and 5, as soon as 5 came up I would get up and move around. Breathe a little as you wake up and see how effective it is, perhaps you can go to the kitchen a take a cup of water, as I continued to do this the process became easier than ever, as I began to do this each time I started to wake up naturally at the set time and I can’t begin to tell you the numerous benefits I got from this.

Alert: This will not work until and unless you don’t have the desire to wake up. If you don’t do it out of your heart. Then you’ll end up in the bed every single time and always regret not getting up early.

Waking up early in the morning is a daily discipline you have to implement it, it's a  pre-planned process which needs to be followed every day. Some people are afraid of the word discipline it all seems mechanical to most people. True discipline is when what your doing becomes so natural to you as if you where breathing air, you don’t have to struggle for it right.

Here’s Top 10 benefits of rising early:

  1.  You become more Active: Studies have shown that people who rise and shine early are more likely to think accurately and show indication  of convection and strength in their statements.
  2. Greet the day: As you are growing up you might have noticed how fast time files away. It is utmost that you see each and everyday with the attention it deserves. Once you see how important this day is you soon began to realize how interesting life is, you start to become more conscious of the life around you. As you wake up, think like the Dalai Lama does, he said :     " Everyday, think as you wake up, ‘today I am fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others, to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings, I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others, I am going to benefit others as much as I can.” If you cannot do all of these things try starting by doing any one.
  3. Don’t take light of small achievements: Remember never to despise the day of small beginnings! If you mostly get up late and are always in a hurry and you have most of your things undone before the day is over. Then you should try with the small things first. I practice this a lot, when you go to bed think about what you did this whole day, what you learnt from the mistakes that you made . When you get up in the morning, just sit down and contemplate how you are going to spend your day, organize your day. It’s just these small things that make a big difference.
  4.  Exercise: Studies have proven that a people who exercise every day are less prone to depression. A little exercise boosts your immune system and prepares you for the day. If you plan to exercise at night then if you have plans or unexpected work arrives then you mostly have to postpone it, while exercise in the mornings are very less likely to be cancelled.
  5.   Sunrise: This is a good habit many people have done that, I do it most of the time. If you can do it, try to see the rising sun paint the sky with its wonderful colors. It'll fill your heart with immense joy.
  6. Don’t skip the process: When I say that, I mean if you wake up at 7:00 or 8:00 or later then try getting up at 6:00 and the slowly clock back up to 5:30 and then reach you goal time and follow it diligently. If you think your going to break this habit in one day then get ready to wake up late. If you can then try to keep your alarm or you phone farther away from your bed so that you have to get up to reach for it, that way you get up and don't let your mind reason you into getting in the bed again.
  7. More time to do work:  Yes more time. When you wake up early you get a head start on the day. Even people recognize your dedication you're putting into your work, sometimes when you go through the day you'll find you’ll have extra time to relax and enjoy. Not every day can be sweet and simple but getting up early can give you the calm and collectness that will give you the power to face any situation that come your away.
  8. Reward yourself: This is a well proven trick this does not only apply to waking up early but to most parts of the life. David defeated Goliath being motivated by the reward(well the reward was not the only thing). Suppose if you wake up at the set time every morning then you can reward yourself with something you like, from a bit of your favourite cake or make a tea or reading your favourite book. Find something that you like. For ex: If you wake up early every morning for 7 days straight then you can reward yourself with a small delicious pizza.
  9. Win yourself: As the proverb goes “He who has no rule over is own spirit is like a City with broken down walls”. When you wake up early, you create a lot of discipline in yourself, as the days pass by you personality will develop. People will start to recognize that in you, they might not tell you but on the inside they will surely appreciate it. This one step will give you victory in many areas of your life. You learn to self-master yourself, you acquire time management skills. These are all sign of a strong and successful person.
  10. Better person: Every little thing you do adds up in making you a better person. In this life we are learning everyday imagine if we learn something from each day and incorporate that in our lives, it will benefit us so much. Sometimes we tend to look at the fill pots and forget that it is the little drop that counts. Little habits like getting up early will benefit you a lot and eventually contribute towards in making you a better person in your live.
Remember this that it is your effort that counts. You can read as many articles as possible but unless you decide on you own that you want a change nothing will happen with that here’s the golden tip:

If your felling hungry, drink a glass of water. Yes, drink. Most of the time when your body needs water(usually in the afternoon), you brain mistakes it for hunger.
