Right thinking is an important aspect in one's life, In order to live a fulfilled life and to enjoy every moment(whether good or bad), you need to think right. Right thinking is not about doing right although it produces the right actions.





What is Right thinking?

We function on the wavelength of our thoughts, the more we invest our thinking into something the more we would be drawn towards it. Right thinking is about thinking those thoughts that increase the life energy inside of you, which pushes you out inch by inch out of depression, anxiety and stress. We deal with things superficially on the outside if the outside looks good we probably imagine the inside will be better too. But at the level of mind, thoughts and our thinking process run everything. We don't suffer our lives we just suffer our thinking. Imagine if we get this thing right how our lives will change.

How do I know when I am thinking wrong?

Well you already know the answer to that right, don't you? Whenever you are anxious, worried or at the most think that something is bad is going to happen to you or your family, you can be sure that you have wrong thinking in your mind, Wait, worrying about life problems and family is not wrong, there is a place and time for those things, but if your default mode is 'always worry and be in a hurry' then that's wrong. Well, what am I suppose to do? think right thoughts in your times of worry that's what you do. You declare to yourself that you are going to come out of this situation and not just come out but come out higher.

Right thinking is a process.

You have to get this, TIME is going to pass, the pain the agony will go away but what remains after that is completely up to you. Your life is your own making. What happens outside may not always be in your control, but what happens in this body should be 100% my work.

Don't let anybody make you happy or sad, these privileges you should leave to yourself. If you someone cheers you up or puts a smile to your face, well what could be better than that. But when thoughts of worry and guilt, condemnation overtake you, then today I am prescribing some thought medicine to you, stop worrying that the worst is going to happen to you or you don't have what it takes. Put a smile to your face cheer yourself up and say to yourself that you are going to make that dream happen, even if you have missed the opportunity just believe something better is going to come.

You see you can't stop birds from flying above your heads but you can stop them from building a nest on your head.

If you have spent most of your life on prodigal living and you are at the point when you are just sick and tired then this is the time when you start thinking about what you are thinking. Your thinking defines your behavior, your behavior determines your attitude and your attitude determines your altitude. Nothing in life happens accidentally, it's all a process the amount of time you are going to put in your well being you will reap the benefits of it at the same time if you decide to intentionally think wrong thoughts about yourself or others you are will suffer inwardly. Bitterness in mind and heart is like drinking a poison which you intended for someone else. You have to take time and invest in your thinking take out time to do that. If you don't see your cool friends doing that then it's ok, when an eagle flies it doesn't see much birds up there because it flies very high, if all you see are crows around you then with all due respect you are flying to low. YOU WERE MEANT TO FLY HIGH, IT'S NOT TO LATE TO BECOME AT THAT YOU WERE CREATED TO BE.



In life, you have to remember this that your time in this beautiful place is very limited, you can't just afford to worry your life away. The moment you begin to think about what I can do for the welfare of other people and help them to get up from the very place that you were in, at that moment itself your worries and thoughts of self-judgment and condemnation will start to go away. Be a giver, in what your doing try giving some joy a smile and good word for somebody. You will never lose out when you do that.

If you want to take control over your life and be a better thinker today than you were yesterday. Then you need to involve yourself in these process daily.

Here are the following tips I think will definitely help you.:

1. Socialize yourself with people who are good thinkers: If you hangout with the wrong crowd and you know the junk they are feeding you is not right, then with due respect you should withdraw yourself from them slowly. Be nice to everyone, add value to whoever you are contacting with. But spend your precious hours with people who fill you with fire, hope, love, and courage.Hangout with people who are constantly growing.

The writer of Proverbs observed that sharp people sharpen one another, just as iron sharpens iron. If you want to be a sharp thinker, be around sharp people.

2. Think good thoughts purposefully: Thinking good and encouraging thoughts does not come naturally, it needs work and courage. Thinking is a discipline, prioritize your time to enlarge your horizons, shape and stretch your thoughts.

It is so easy to be distracted in this modern frenzy world, thinking about a job, meeting family needs, money and all that. Try setting 2 hours to just thinking in a month and a day or two in a year.

3. Taking responsibility: Taking responsibility for your actions is the mark of a good leader and a daring person. The way you take responsibility for your actions is to think good thoughts and later act on those thoughts. Life is going to give you some chances to act on your thoughts so do it fast, ideas come with an expiration date, so act fast on them.

4. Keep your emotions healthy: Passion is nothing but thought with a lot of emotions invested in. The first thing to recognize is that you can't trust your emotions, they have great powers to blind you from the right choice. Because if you wait all your life just for your emotions to follow and then you'll have to wait forever. However, once you involve yourself in right thinking, then you can use your emotions to feed the process and build mental momentum.

5. Repeat the process:  LIfe is not just about doing it once, just once in a while you think a good thought and boom your life is sorted out, it does not work that way. Leading a successful life is a continual effort, so make it a priority to do all of these. Becoming a successful person involves your faithful support in repeating the process of Right thinking.
