How to increase productivity.

As most of us are stuck in our homes, you might be feeling bored or unenthusiastic or even scared, and that is common and we all go through this phase when we don't know what is happening with our lives we might be wondering how are things going to improve, well this might be the perfect time to dive inwards and find you fire again, and come out this situation with a new will a new strength and new skills that are going to help you.

Here are the things that can help you.

1. Improve your health: This might seem very unrelated, but this is the best advice by far, you can't be creative and just lay down exhausted in the couch at the same time, if you are sick and always drained from energy then you are not gonna be able to perform your 100%.  Every morning you wake up to prioritize your morning yoga and exercise. There are numerous benefits to waking up early, you can read more about waking up early here.

2. Think positive: Thinking right is very important to moving forward  in life, you can soar through life carrying mental baggage full of negative thoughts, if you have experienced some backlash lately from life then you should consider thinking right thoughts about yourself, maybe you need to forgive yourself for what you have done, then, by all means, do that, hold up yourself in your own eyes,

"Don't compare yourself to  someone else, compare yourself to who you were yesterday"

Before anything positive can happen you need to see it on the inside, take some time off and then speak to yourself, pour out that self-doubt and all the complaints.
Tell yourself that you deserve best.
You can watch these videos on youtube if you want to have a radical change of mind, it definitely changed a lot of lives.

3. Get rid of distractions: Distractions are very mean they won't let you focus on the food things, soo many things are calling out for your attention, which ones are you going to focus on the people who are downcasting you, are you going to focus on the social media when you know you have to focus on your work.

It is going to be tough but what you can do is talk to yourself, figure out what is important to you at the moment and then make a thoughtful decision. If it is your phone then mute the notifications and keep doing them slowly for an hour while your work and slowly when you start to build you focus it will come up naturally.
You'll find it very productive that you once most distractions are eliminated your life just becomes so simple you won't even believe it.

4. Pick a goal: It is very important for you to know what your goal is what you want to do, it can be a daunting task but figure it out, if it's studying for an exam or your routine work or gettings fit whatever it is, find it and then research on it, think about how you can accomplish it, just like a recipe make steps and write them down and then as you complete the steps you feel great.

The most important thing other than finding a goal is to equally know what you should not do, things that do not need your attention and do not need your time, don't focus on those things.

5. Have a brilliant routine: YES routine! Having a routine is very important without one you'll be like just believing in fate to get you through the day. When you don't have a routine you are basically saying I don't' want this day to go the way I want it to, It's your day and you have to get the most out of it, and having a schedule means you plan the day and it should go your way.

That being said most of the things don't go our way, maybe you'll be busy in something you didn't plan or you will miss something you planned to do, so focus on the things that are left and do them.
At the start, it might be difficult but once you get a hang of it, let me tell you it's such a blessing, you'll be amazed at the benefits of it.

Life does not consist of things you possess or things you want to acquire, rather than all these are just an outflow. You don't become something because of the thing you possess. You must be who you are what you possess is for the usefulness of it.

THanks!
